This is a simple and colorful pretty "toss together what you have" salad.
3 cups of Spinach
1 large hand full of Red Radichio Lettuce
1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 of a can of Red Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 of a can of sliced Hearts of Palm, rinsed & drained
1 large hand full of Broccoli Slaw (no dressing)
1 large hand full of shredded Carrots
2 tbsp. of Toasted Sesame Seeds
Serve with Sesame Ginger Dressing.
