Low-Fat, Low Cost, at Home, 25 cent Starbucks Cinnamon Almond Iced Frapped Coffee

Fast, Easy, Cost-Saving, Low-Fat and No Sugar.................best of all plenty of caffeine.
We had Starbucks Winter Blend in the pantry left over from Christmas!!!!

Tip: Add Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder for an extra boost.

6 cups of fresh brewed Coffee
1-1/2 cups of Almond Breeze
Fresh ground Cinnamon to taste
Lots of Ice
Zap it in the Vita-Mix for about 1 minute
Enjoy all of the icy, forthy foam....yummy;)
