
1 Cucumber, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1/2 of a Lemon
Celery Hearts, 2 or 3 little ones
1 Banana, peeled and chunked
12 Strawberries
2 cups of Water
Fill the Blender to the top with Ice
Zap it all together for about 1-1/2 minutes on high in the Vita-Mix until it's a texture that you like.
4 to 6 servings, 50 ounces
Recipe Tip: If you have to use a regular blender, then dice up all of the recipe ingredients and use crushed ice!!
Protein Tip: You can add vanilla or banana protein powder to this drink for an added boost.
